This year is like no other as the partnership between Michel Vaillant and REBELLION Timepieces gave birth to two particularly unique cars, taken straight from the mind of Philippe Graton. The Vaillante REBELLION first appeared in the latest album « Rebellion » from the Michel Vaillant saga (published on June 2). The legendary cartoon character connected with reality more than ever during this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans, alongside six REBELLION drivers. Notably, Nicolas Prost is driving in real life and also in fiction as one of the main protagonists in the comic alongside Michel Vaillant.
And it’s a remarkable week that Vaillante REBELLION and all its partners wish to present to all motorsport fans by launching a brand new outstanding service: a live onboard broadcast during the race and a strong presence in the exhibitors’ village.
At the end of the first and only four-hour practice, the ORECA 07s number 13 and 31 recorded very promising times. It was an interesting working session for the drivers and engineers which allowed them to fine-tune the cars before the three upcoming qualifying sessions.
