Dopo avere sfiorato la “top-10” nel secondo appuntamento della WSK Master Series andato in scena lo scorso fine settimana sulla Pista 7 Laghi di Castelletto di Branduzzo (Pavia), Ivan Grigoryev guarda adesso al terzo e conclusivo round del campionato che si svolgerà nel weekend del 26 e 27 aprile sull’International Circuit La Conca, a Muro Leccese.
Domenica scorsa, il giovanissimo pilota russo della iFAST Management aveva concluso undicesimo nella finale della 60 Mini, dopo essere stato uno dei protagonisti assoluti sin dalle prove libere del venerdì. Quarto alla fine delle qualifiche, il forte pilota del team di Danilo Rossi, si è quindi distinto anche nelle manche, mettendo a segno un brillante secondo piazzamento nel primo incontro.
In questa settimana di pausa, Grigoryev non è rimasto tuttavia fermo, recandosi presso il centro Formula Medicine del dottor Ceccarelli, al fine di svolgere una seduta di training in vista del suo prossimo impegno e del prosieguo della stagione, che lo vedrà impegnato sempre su più fronti a livello internazionale.
Tra i suoi impegni, anche quello relativo al collaudo del nuovo kart che animerà un’inedita categoria lanciata dalla Csai, che si proporrà ad un livello intermedio tra la classe 60cc e la KFJ. Kart che Ivan ha già provato proprio a Castelletto di Branduzzo, dove è stato seguito da Danilo Rossi, Alessandro Ferrari e Luca De Donno, quest’ultimo promoter della WSK.

After having closed on the verge of the top 10 last week, in the second out of three rounds of the WSK Master Series at the Castelletto di Branduzzo circuit, Ivan Grigoryev looks forward the final race scheduled for the 26th and 27th of April at International Circuit La Conca, Muro Leccese, in Italy.
Last Sunday, the Russian youngster who races under the iFAST Management banner scored the 11th place in the 60 Mini, after being one of the front runners since the Friday practices. Fourth in the qualifying, the Danilo Rossi team’s driver, emerged as one of the fastest also in the heats, taking a brilliant second position.
Waiting for the next commitment, Grigoryev continued his training time at Formula Medicine (the famous centre of Dt. Ceccarelli), to get redy for the rest of the season in which he will face several challenges. Not least the tests with the kart that will be run in the new category launched by Csai (the Italian Federation) as an intermediate step between 60cc and KFJ classes. The same kart Ivan already tested at Castelletto di Branduzzo, where Danilo Rossi, Alessandro Ferrari and the WSK promoter Luca De Donno attended.
