Con un poker di grande valore, le Ferrari 458 Italia di AF Corse team campione in carica in categoria GTS – sono di nuovo tra le protagoniste più attese del GT Open International. Il campionato continentale in declinazione 2015, prestigioso palcoscenico per vetture GT, apre i battenti in questo fine settimana sul circuito francese del Paul Ricard. Il giovane talento argentino Ezequiel Pérez-Companc sarà affiancato da Raffaele Giammaria; quest’ultimo, torna a correre nel campionato su una vettura candidata per le posizioni di alta classifica. Altro giovane pilota e grande promessa è Pasin Lathouras, in corsa con Michele Rugolo. Duncan Cameron e Matt Griffin, una coppia sempre veloce ed artefice di grandi prestazioni nelle edizioni passate del GT Open, ha ancora una volta le carte in regola per puntare ai vertici. Il campione in carica tra i Gentlemen, Claudio Sdanewitsch, corre per vincere la nuova categoria del campionato (GT-Am) in coppia al russo Ilya Melnikov. Sabato 25, dalle 16 alle 17.10 (ora locale) è in programma Gara 1. Domenica 26, dalle 14 alle 14.50, c’è gara 2.
GT Open International: four AF Corse Ferrari 458′s fight for the top positions.
The AF Corse Ferrari 458′s will be again great protagonists in the GT Open International. The continental championship in 2015, important stage in the GT world, starts this weekend at the “Paul Ricard” circuit. AF Corse is the current GTS reigning champion squad and enters at least four Ferrari 458′s Italia with strong line-ups. The very promising Ezequiel Pérez-Companc from Argentina will race alongside Raffaele Giammaria who is back to the series. Another rising star, Thailand’s Pasin Lathouras, will share his 458 with Michele Rugolo. Duncan Cameron and Matt Griffin, a duo always very fast and capable of great performances in the past editions of the GT Open, once again aim at the top. Claudio Sdanewitsch, the 2014 winner of the Gentleman’s Trophy, will race for the new GT-Am title associated to Russia’s Ilya Melnikov. Saturday 25th is scheduled Race 1 (from 4 pm to 5.10 pm, local time). Sunday 26th, Race 2 (from 2 pm to 2.50).
