VALLELUNGA, 5 ottobre – Dopo aver già vinto il campionato di categoria GTS3 con Fabio Mancini e Niki Cadei su Ferrari 458 Italia GT3, i piloti del team AF Corse potrebbero mettere i loro sigilli anche sul campionato International GT Series e sulla categoria GTS2. Giuseppe Cirò e Gaetano Ardagna Perez, infatti, sono al secondo posto di entrambe le classifiche, con poche lunghezze di distacco considerando i 43 punti ancora disponibili nel corso delle due gare di Vallelunga, in questo fine settimana. Nella International GT Series, la coppia su Ferrari 430 GT2 ha 133 punti contro i 149 di chi precede; nella GTS2, Cirò – Ardagna Perez sono a quota 155 (il primo equipaggio nel ha 174).
Anche per quanto riguarda la classifica Team, il campionato è davvero molto serrato. AF Corse occupa la terza posizione: dalla vetta, però, ci sono solo 6 lunghezze di differenza.
Tornando su Mancini e Cadei, bisogna ricordare che sono i leader indiscussi del campionato, fin dalle prime gare. Ad un appuntamento dal termine, con il titolo GTS3 già in tasca, la coppia italiana sulla 458 ha ben 86 punti di margine.
VALLELUNGA, October 5th – After the victory of the GTS3 category of the GT Sprint with Fabio Mancini and Niki Cadei on Ferrari 458 Italia GT3, AF Corse’s drivers could win also the International GT Series and GTS2 category.
Giuseppe Cirò and Gaetano Ardagna Perez are in the second position in both the classifications with a short gap. There are 43 points available during the double race of Vallelunga, Saturday and Sunday (October 8th and 9th): Cirò-Ardagna Perez have 133 points against the 149 of the first crew in the International GT Series and they have 155 in the GTS2 (the first crew has 174 points).
In the Team classification also the championship is very close. AF Corse is in the third position: from the top, there are only 6 points.
Never to be forgotten the season of Mancini-Cadei. They are the absolute rulers since the beginning of the championship and have already won the title. At the time, their advantage is 86 points.
