Dopo un fine settimana positivo in cui è riuscito a concludere nella “top 10” in occasione del Trofeo Margutti disputatosi sulla pista di Lonato, Ivan Grigroryev guarda al suo prossimo impegno che lo vedrà calato nel ruolo di test driver della nuova categoria lanciata dalla CSAI che rappresenterà un passaggio intermedio tra la classe 60 Mini e la più potente KFJ.
Il giovane pilota russo scenderà in pista giovedì 10 aprile sul tracciato di Castelletto di Branduzzo, che la stessa settimana ospiterà il secondo appuntamento della WSK Master Series, sempre sotto gli occhi attenti del team manager Danilo Rossi e con la supervisione Marcello Somera (responsabile tecnico della CSAI).
Ma ritornando al “Margutti” che si è disputato sabato e domenica scorsi, Grigoryev è stato ancora una volta protagonista, grazie ad una condotta eccellente che lo ha confermato in assoluto tra i più veloci. Secondo nelle qualifiche, Grigoryev ha concluso 12° nella pre-finale avviandosi dalla quinta fila e quindi, nella finale, è ulteriormente risalito in decima posizione.

RUSSIAN YOUNGSTER NAMED TEST DRIVER FOR NEW CSAI CATEGORY
Rome, 1st April 2014. After a positive weekend where he claimed a top 10 finish at Lonato’s Trofeo Margutti, Ivan Grigroryev looks forward to face a new challenge as he has been named official test driver for the new series launched by the CSAI – Italian Federation – that represents an intermediate step between the 60 Mini class and the more powerful KFJ category.
Russian youngster will hit the track on Thursday, April 10th, at the Castelletto di Branduzzo circuit, in the same week of the WSK Master Series, where the team manager Danilo Rossi and Marcello Somera (technical responsible for CSAI) will attend the test.
Coming back to the “Margutti” Trophy that has been held last Saturday and Sunday, Grigoryev made a remarkable race and was one of the fastest during both the day as he set the second time in the qualifying. Starting from the fifth row in the pre-final after the heats, Russian finished on 12 and eventually he moved up to 10 in the final.
