FIA WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP - PECOM RACING

E’ ufficiale: Pecom Racing sarà uno dei team al via del primo World Endurance Championship della storia, il nuovo campionato fondato da Aco e da FIA che si allunga su 8 appuntamenti. Tra questi, c’è anche la prestigiosa 24 di Le Mans, alla sua ottantesima edizione nel 2012. L'equipaggio di Pecom Racing - composto da Luis Perez Companc, Pierre Kaffer e Soheil Ayari - correrà su un prototipo Oreca 03 motorizzato Nissan, vettura che sembra essere molto competitiva sulla carta. La categoria che vedrà in lotta il trio è la LMP2, la stessa in cui Pecom Racing ha corso la Le Mans Series 2011 a bordo di una monoposto Lola-Judd.

Tutti e tre i piloti del team contano esperienze e risultati significativi nei rispettivi palmares. Ognuno di loro ha più di un asso da giocare nella competizione mondiale. L’obiettivo è combattere per le posizioni di vertice, gara dopo gara.

L'assistenza tecnica a Pecom Racing sarà fornita da AF Corse.



FIA WORLD ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP: PECOM RACING AT THE START WITH COMPANC, KAFFER AND AYARI ON ORECA-NISSAN PROTOTYPE

Pecom Racing will be one of the team at the start of the first World Endurance Championship (Wec), the new competition founded by Aco and by FIA. There are 8 events scheduled in 2012 and among these the prestigious 80th Le Mans 24 hours.

Pecom Racing crew - composed by Luis Perez Companc, Pierre Kaffer and Soheil Ayari - will race on a prototype Oreca 03 motorized by Nissan, car which seems to be very competitive. The trio will race in the LMP2 category, the same where Pecom Racing raced in the 2011 Le Mans Series on Lola-Judd prototype.

All three drivers have great experience and very important results in their carrers. The target of the next season is to fight for the head positions race by race.
