Il progetto "young drivers" tra il Team Draco e la RedStep racing

Uno dei progetti che da tempo il Team Draco cerca di realizzare riguarda lo sviluppo di un programma completo e strutturato per la creazione di un
percorso professionale per giovani piloti. Attraverso le sinergie tra team di diversi campionati, iniziando dai kart fino alla Formula Renault 3.5 per arrivare alla F.1 o ad altre formule altrettanto importanti, è possibile creare un prezioso canale di collaborazione utilizzando esperienze e capacità di grandi professionisti e talent scout, ognuno nel loro settore, con Adriano Morini come filo conduttore, che ha dedicato 40 anni della sua vita a questo. I piloti migliori, in questo modo, possono essere facilmente segnalati e seguiti veramente.

Seguendo questa filosofia basata sulla cooperazione e sulla formazione, il team Draco ha da poco creato una collaborazione molto interessante con il team finlandese di kart e Formula Renault 2.0 RedStep.

RedStep Kart è stata fondata nel 2002 ed ha ottenuto fin da subito un grande successo in tutte le classi. Dal 2005 ha raggiunto un totale di 13 medaglie nel campionato finlandese e altri ottimi risultati in diverse gare internazionali, portando sulle piste scandinave i colori della Maranello Racing Kart. Alla fine del 2007 è stata fondata RedStep Formula, Team del Campionato Formula Renault 2.0 e, al primo anno, ha raggiunto il terzo posto al Campionato di Finlandia.

Nella prossima stagione i due Team si impegnano a collaborare per un importante scambio di informazioni, cercando di trovare insieme giovani talenti da seguire nella strada verso il professionismo.

Adesso finalmente abbiamo potuto farlo visto che Adriano (NDR Adriano Morini Team Owner Draco e grande Talent Scout) ha dato la sua approvazione. E' sicuramente un grandissimo piacere vedere realizzarsi questo progetto, come sanno tutti coloro che ci conosco e ci seguono. E' un progetto fatto con persone professionali come noi, ma anche innamorate di ciò che fanno: creare piloti. Non so chi possa dire di essere più felice oggi. Con questo avremmo un planning che parte da Valencia, arriva in Finlandia e, a breve, ci potrà essere un'altra tappa di viaggio."

The "young drivers" plan between the Team Draco and RedStep Formula

One of the projects that Draco Team is trying to realize concerns the development of a full and structured program to create a career for young drivers.

Through the synergies between teams from different leagues, starting with the kart until the Formula Renault 3.5 to arrive in F1 or other important formulas, it is possible to create a precious channel to collaboration using highly professional skills and experiences, with Adriano Morini as a guide, who has devoted 40 years of his life to this world. The best drivers, in this way, can be easily identified and followed.

Following this philosophy based on cooperation and training, Draco Team has just created a very interesting collaboration with the Finnish Team of karting and Formula Renault 2.0, RedStep.

RedStep Karting has been founded 2002 and it has been reached great success in all classes. Since 2005 team drivers has reached a total of 13 medals in very competitive Finnish Championship series and other very good results at Finland and also in International races. At the end of 2007 under name RedStep was founded Formula Renault 2.0 Team: RedStep Formula. At the first year, Team reached the bronze medal at Finnish Championship series.

In the next season the two Team are committed to work for an important exchange of information, trying to find young talent to follow in the road of professionalism.
