Joint venture company Vynamic GmbH will develop and build Aston Martin DTM cars for use by R-Motorsport in the DTM and field them for the team
Primary aim: To tap into the market for racing cars and produce limited-edition sports cars
Vynamic – a strategic innovation partnership between AF Racing AG and
HWA AG
Niederwil/Affalterbach – Vynamic GmbH, the joint venture company set up by AF Racing AG and HWA AG develops and builds the Aston Martin Vantage DTM cars used by R-Motorsport under the exclusive license of the luxury sports car manufacturer Aston Martin in DTM.
Vynamic GmbH has its headquarters in Affalterbach. The joint venture enterprise has the expertise of two partners at its disposal with AF Racing AG’s excellent access to the relevant market and to customers while HWA AG specialise in the development, production and deployment of racing cars in races, plus associated services.
Vynamic’s primary goal in the venture is to establish a strategic innovation partnership for development projects in motor racing and in the automotive sector. Vynamic GmbH will be responsible for the development and construction of racing cars, including, in particular, those destined for the DTM, as well as for the small-scale production of high-performance, road-legal vehicles. The aim as far as motor racing is concerned is to compete successfully in the 2019 DTM by combining the expertise of both partners.

Created by Passion’, Vynamic GmbH will initially be responsible for bringing R-Motorsport’s project in the DTM to fruition with the Aston Martin Vantage DTM and thus increase the brand’s profile. However, the focus of our activities in future will increasingly turn to the development and application of
bespoke project solutions for road-legal, limited production vehicles. The setting up of Vynamic GmbH is just the start of a long and successful partnership between AF Racing AG and HWA AG, of that I’m certain.”
