Le tre Ferrari di AF Corse, schierate al Paul Ricard per il terzo appuntamento della Blancpain Endurance Series, hanno un obbiettivo chiaro: guadagnare punti e rafforzare le posizioni in campionato. Peter Mann, Filipe Barreiros e Francisco Guedes vengono da due podi guadagnati in altrettante gare sulla loro Ferrari 458 Italia numero 51; alla vigilia della tappa francese, i tre sono secondi in campionato (categoria GTR) con 33 punti. Poco più in giù, in quarta posizione con 24 punti, ci sono Howard Blank, Yannick Mallegol e Jean Marc Bachelier: l’equipaggio, esperto ed affiatato, ha messo a segno ottimi risultati fino a questo momento con la Ferrari numero 49. Il primo podio stagionale è nel mirino. Un altro terzetto di piloti dal grande potenziale è schierato da AF Corse nella categoria Pro Am Cup con Andrea Sonvico, Simon Knap e Andrew Danyliw sulla Ferrari numero 50. In classifica, complice un po’ di sfortuna nella seconda gara stagionale a Silverstone, i tre sono in settima posizione con 15 punti. Il via della gara di tre ore scatterà alle 19.15 di sabato, 28 giugno.

Blancpain Endurance Series: the AF Corse Ferrari 458 Italia’s at the Paul Ricard
The three Ferrari 458 Italia’s lined up for AF Corse at the Paul Ricard circuit, third event of the Blancpain Endurance Series, have a clear goal: to gain points and strengthen their positions in the championship’s standing. Peter Mann, Filipe Barreiros and Francisco Guedes took two podiums in the first two races in their Ferrari 458 Italia #51; on the eve of round 3, the trio stand second in the GTR category with 33 points. Just slightly behind, and in fourth position with 24 points, are Howard Blank, Yannick Mallegol and Jean Marc Bachelier. The skilled squad has achieved some very positive results up to now in their Ferrari 458 Italia #49. Their first podium for this season is the target. The third trio with strong potential is composed of Andrea Sonvico, Simon Knap and Andrew Danyliw in the Ferrari #50 (Pro Am category). In the championship’s classification, they are seventh with 15 points following an unlucky incident in the second round at Silverstone. The green light of the three-hour race will be at 19.15 (CEST) on Saturday, June 28th.
